It started with that first design I made that said Empowered. I wanted to make something that could actually do something—make people feel good, remind them they’re not alone, maybe even help them push through a tough day, a month, or who knows… maybe even make changes in their lives.

When I showed it to my dad, he looked at me like, “Yo, this is something real.” That’s when M.E.L.—Modern Empowered Lifestyle was born.
