At M.E.L. (Modern Empowered Lifestyle), we partner with trusted fulfillment providers to deliver apparel that empowers, uplifts, and inspires — right to your door. Here’s everything you need to know about how shipping works with us 


🌍 Where We Ship

We currently ship nationwide across the United States. We plan to expand internationally in the future, so stay tuned!

🚚 Fulfillment & Shipping Timeline

Every order is made on demand, which means we only start creating your item after you place the order. This helps us reduce waste and keep our production focused on quality.

Fulfillment Time:

  • Typically 2–4 business days (depending on the product and design complexity).

Shipping Time (After Fulfillment):

  • Express International Shipping (to U.S.): 5–9 business days via international priority carriers.

Most customers receive their orders within 7–13 business days from the date of purchase.

🕐 Please note: These are estimated timelines. While we work closely with our partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may happen due to customs, weather, or high seasonal demand.

💳 Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is shipped. Keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder, just in case).

📦 Split Shipments

If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This allows us to ship each item as soon as it's ready and reduce overall wait times.

📮 Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping to keep things simple:

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: $6.95

  • FREE shipping on U.S. orders over $150

🛠️ Address Issues or Missing Packages

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. If your package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us at support@melapparelinc.com and we’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible.

❗ Delays or Customs

Although rare, international express shipments may occasionally be delayed at customs or by the carrier. We’ll do our best to help if any issue arises.

🔁 Refunds & Returns

Please refer to our Return Policy for info on exchanges, returns, and refunds. Since we produce items on demand, we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues, so be sure to check our size guides before ordering.
